Chris Phillips oversees the business and administrative functions of Gillespie Shields & Associates. But make no mistake: Chris is not your run-of-the-mill office manager. He is a highly qualified and credentialed professional who loves building teams, developing team members, and directing processes of constant improvement that directly translate to measurable performance gains.
Chris is passionate about his work. He ensures that the firm delivers sterling client service; directs client billing; manages the firm finances; oversees personnel; and maintains the firm's facilities. He brings a wealth of experience and vision to the Gillespie Shields & Associates, having contributed many years of prior experience in senior operational/ financial positions with fast-paced, growth-oriented service firms. Chris is also a veteran military officer and holds an M.B.A. in Finance.
